The typical lead time ranges from 45 to 60 days. This timeline is significantly influenced by the availability of selected materials, site conditions, and the overall scope and complexity of the project.
We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty for our cabinetry, effective from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion. This warranty encompasses repairs, replacement of components, and adjustments to mechanisms as needed.
For services rendered beyond the warranty period, a nominal mobilization fee will apply. Clients will receive an invoice for any charges incurred, following a thorough assessment of the required work.
Our in-house design team, comprised of experienced professionals in architecture and interior design, is dedicated to assisting clients throughout the design journey. We charge a design fee that reflects the project's requirements, scope and complexity.
Please note that our services are limited to cabinetry design within the space, and we do not offer comprehensive interior design services.
Yes, our team conducts site visits to validate measurements, ensuring that we deliver an accurate quotation. These assessments are also integral during the preliminary design phase, allowing us to evaluate site conditions, confirm the placement of electrical and plumbing systems, and consider other essential design elements.
Materials and Finishes
The modules are made of premium-grade panels tailored for specific applications. The standard substrates we use include Marine Plywood, Particle Board, and Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF).
Each material undergoes precision machining processes, encompassing cutting, lamination, edgebanding, and boring.
We incorporate high-quality laminates featuring a diverse array of designs, from solid colors to natural wood grains and fabric textures. The finishes are available in matte, high-gloss, and embossed/textured options, all complemented by matching edgebanding.
Our countertop material selections comprise sintered stone, engineered quartz, natural stone, and solid surface materials, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Additional components such as lighting, specialized mechanisms, and various accessories are also offered.
The majority of our wood panels, mechanisms, countertops, and accessories are procured from reputable suppliers in Europe and Asia, ensuring a comprehensive range of pricing options.
Yes, we are pleased to offer sample swatches and mock-ups of the mechanism upon request.
Showroom Visit
Our showroom at 60 Jupiter St., Bel-Air, Makati is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
The showroom will be closed on regular and special holidays, as well as on certain occasions with prior notification. Please refer to our social media platforms for any announcements regarding these closures.
Private showroom tours are available for designers, professional associations, civic groups, and other organizations interested in exclusive access to our showroom and product demonstrations.
